10 Things From Me This Month {The January Slayage Edition}

Just checking in to share a little of the craziness that was January.

January Slayage

❊ 1. Trips: 2 – to Buffalo, NY and New Jersey for work.

❊ 2. General Feeling: Anxious & tense with anticipation of what’s coming in the future of the US.

❊ 3. Song Lyrics that best describe my mood: “It’s about to go down …” From I Just Wanna Love You — Jay Z.

❊ 4. Books Read: 6. The one I liked the most was Iron Cast, Destiny Soria. I started off strong on all the 2017 reading challenges I’m participating in and for our own Monthly Motif January Challenge – Diversify Your Reading – I read 3 boooks.

❊ 5. New Thangs: Moving From a Work Bullet Journal to a Sugar Paper Planner in 2017 – so far, I’m loving it.

❊ 6. Signed up for: the February edition of the Winter Comment Challenge and my partner is the awesome Tiana @ The Book Raven. I did it in January – and my partner was Holly from Nut Free Nerd.

❊ 7. Winter Goals {The 2017 Edition}: 2/3 ain’t bad. Still working on getting into the fitness zone.

❊ 8. Didya Know: I’m a spreadsheet geek? Well you can get just a little taste from my How to Track Reading Challenges With a Spreadsheet.

❊ 9. Looking forward to: More travels in February – Boston for sure, and 2 more possibles.

❊ 10. Maybe I will: Find the house of my dreams in February … or even one that both my husband and I can agree on to buy. I’ll be happy with that!!

Tell me – can you relate to any of the above?!

    I wished I could be as organized as you are, spread sheets are such a great idea! I hope you get to travel as much as you wish and good luck on house hunting! 🙂

      @Tiana Thanks. I use spreadsheets a lot for work and customizing them over the years helped me to learn a lot.

  3. I just love this update format! So easy to check-in and catch-up at a glance.
