THREE+ This list of 16 Character-Driven Novels I Couldn’t Put Down had me adding titles to my reading list! I read 2 of the books on the list and couldn’t agree more – unforgettable characters in Commonwealth, Ann Patchett and The Mothers, Brit Bennett.

FOUR+ This literary dinner of A Midsummer Night’s Dreams is amazing!

FIVE+ Are there books you have outgrown? I wouldn’t say outgrown, but as time goes on we all change, our tastes change, and we just may not look at our faves the same way when we re-read them.

    I heard a podcast about The Five Love Languages & it sounded like that might be an interesting self-help book (explained a few things about my husband to me! lol)

    Can’t believe I missed Bel Canto on the list of movie-book adaptation releases for fall – I just wrote an article listing a bunch of them for Shelf Awareness! Thanks for the heads up – I loved the novel. Also can’t wait to see Bernadette in the spring – that one was supposed to b out this fall and was delayed.

      I just got a recommendation for the Love Languages book – from a guy no less – so I’m going to take a crack at reading it although I’m not usually into self help books,

      • I honestly loved 5 Love Languages. Read it to my husband on a road trip years ago.

    • Love Languages is a really insightful book! I loved it.
