Every December, Girlxoxo and Traveling with T host #AMonthofFaves. We’ve been joined by some awesome bloggers, and I wanted to highlight some of my favorite posts from the first 2 weeks of #AMonthofFaves 2019 … just a few of them!
ONE+ Novel Visits ~ Winter Books Preview 2020 – see anything you want to read? I’m looking at Dead to Her by Sarah Pinborough. which comes out in February. She wrote Behind Her Eyes, which was really twisty.
TWO+ Did you know that there’s a list of mood-boosting books?! Great Britain has a national promotion of uplifting titles, including novels, poetry and non-fiction. The books are all recommended by readers and reading groups. Here’s a list from Reader Buzz with a Winter TBR of Mood-Boosting Books.
THREE+ For the Cook It, Bake It, Drink It or Eat It Edition of #AMonthofFaves, this post made me want to start keeping a record of new recipes & dishes I try throughout the year.
FOUR+ Every year I look forward to seeing Bryan’s favorites on the screen. This year he brought his A-game with Top 5 Books, TV Shows, Movies, and Albums of 2019.
FIVE+ Some Favorite Things this year from Froodian Slip put me on to Beesential lip balm … and a new show to watch too.
SIX+ From the Lowry Library’s Under Rated Books We Think Deserve More Buzz, I’m adding The Huntress, Kate Quinn. I haven’t read much historical fiction the last few years, but I remember LOVING Quinn’s Mistress of Rome series. So, I’d like to read more books authored by her.
SEVEN+ For non-fiction reading next year, I’m thinking of something from Here’s the Scoop and Born a Crime, Trevor Noah thanks to Bryan’s Popular Books Worth the Hype ” .. not your typical memoir from a comedian. By the end, I was in tears.”
I’m excited to see everyone’s fave bloggers, blog posts, Instagram crushes for today’s #AMonthofFaves topic – so link up below.
