(K)eep It – 5 Recent Purchases That Are Totally Worth It #SummerAtoZ

Looking back at the purchases I’ve made during the first 6 months of the year, here are 5 things I would say are keepers, and have gotten a ton of use so far. #SummerAtoZ

✼ 1. Leather ARC planner from Staples (9 1/2 x 11 1/2).

Bullet Journal Planner

It has helped keep me organized at work in a wonderfully simple way. Check out my posts on #PlannerGirl {My Bullet Journal Based To-Do Based System for Work}and #PlannerGirl Bullet Journal With an Arc Planner {Q2 Update}.

✼ 2. The 13 inch Dell Inspiron 13 7000 series 2-in-1 Tablet PC.

Travel Style Tote

I actually got this way back in November. The smaller size took some getting used to, but it’s so portable, and having a PC that converts into a tablet kinda rocks! Believe me, I wasn’t a huge fan of Dell – and I’m still not sold on them – but I am sold on this tablet. Here are My Essential Computer Programs {The Early 2016 Edition}.

✼ 3. Garmin Vivoactive HR. $249.

I bought one about a month ago, and my husband actually commandeered it for his Father’s Day present. He started walking / jogging outside and he loves the simplicity. It tracks steps, milage, sleep patterns, heart rate (built in), etc. The Garmin Connect app is also pretty decent, or you can sync to other apps as well.

✼ 4. MegaSlicks Balm Stain $2.99

I don’t wear makeup a lot, but lately, I’ve been trying to do it up a bit more, and am totally in love with MegaSlicks Balm Stains. The one I wear daily is Truffle in Paradise.

5. Nexus 5 Smartphone (The 2013 edition). My smartphone is integral in helping me stay on top of daily life.

Phone Screen SetUp

This phone was a gem unlocked, but it looks like this is the year I’ll probably replace it.

  1. Leather planners always look soooo pretty. I feel like I’m too disorganized and indecisive to ever use something physical like that as opposed to a computer program though. Like, I keep track of my blogging stuff on Microsoft Excel, my to-do lists in word documents or phone apps, etc., but I’m constantly changing things around, marking things down, etc., and my planner would be a mess lol.

And that’s great that you’re loving the laptop/tablet. I’ve never owned a Dell, but I’m starting to think there are no good PC brands out there with all the issues I’ve had with computers lately!
