What have you been getting into this July? Like last month, I spent a lot of time spent outside trying to tame our flower beds, and here are a few of the things I’ve been loving lately.

ONE+ Poldark. This show has a cult following, and I must say that I am hooked on this period drama. So far, I’ve binge watched 2 seasons – so much drama! It’s available on Amazon Prime and there are 5 seasons out so far. Have you watched it?

TWO+ Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear, Elizabeth Gilbert was the non-fiction pick for my work bookclub – and it was so wroth the read. Now – there are no earth-shattering revelations in this book … but it is a book that you need to pick up and read every few years so you can remember. Remember that you’re an artist, and creative no matter what “work” you do – it does not have to be your day job! It does not have to bring you income – but it must bring you joy – and that’s all it really needs to bring you.

THREE+ Sun Squad Plastic Tumblers from Target. I try to bring seasonal vibes into our home decor, and for summer, we got these tumblers from Target that just scream summer vibes.

FOUR+ Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus and Pretzel Crisps. Oh the yumminess of this go to snacl combo! For the crisps – Garlic Parmesan is my favorite flavor.

FIVE+ JBL Charge 3 Portable Speaker. This is an old favorite from 2016 but we get so much use out of it that I had to mention it again. There’s now a Charge 4 – but this review at Sound Guys says it’s not much different from the 3. And you can connect them together! We’ve been using it to blast music outside as I work in the garden, or when we hang out by the pool.

I’ll have to check out Poldark, I’ve been looking for a period drama to watch ever since I finished Downton Abbey
