One of the most awesome things about the book blogging community is all the events that you can participate in. Here are a few that you can join in February.
Feb. 1 – 29. The 2016 Love/Hate Valentine’s Day Reading Challenge. If You Love Valentine’s Day – choose romance or other genre books that are happy. If you who hate Valentine’s Day should choose books that have titles along this theme. Books should be about love lost, murder, or having a broken heart. They can be romance, mystery, or even horror. #LoveHateVDRC
Feb 1 – 29. The Reluctant Romantic Challenge. “Is there a genre you’d like to read more of in 2016? Or a genre that you’ve never given a chance? The Reluctant Romantic event this February is the time to do something about it.
Feb. 1 – 29. 29 Days of Commenting. You can set your own individual commenting goals but one recommendation is to comment on 1 new blog every day this month. Go sign up if you’re interested.
Feb. 1 – 29. #WomenRuntheWorldReadathon. For the month of February, read as many Feminist books as you can get your hands on.
Feb. 15 – 19. Book Blogger Appreciation Week. This is a week-long event offering you daily prompts that you can dip it in and out of at will. You will be able to link your daily posts here and explore new-to-you bloggers and appreciate the ones you already know.
Feb. 20 – 22. 2016 Love-a-Thon. An event dedicated to spreading positivity and love. It’s time dedicated to visiting other bloggers / Instagrammers / BookTubers, leaving a comment or two, making new friends and fostering positivity among the members of our amazing community.
