10 Things This Week 2 [2023]

How has your week been so far? This was a week of preparation for me – thinking about goals, making some plans for the future and just trying to settle into a routine. And all the Christmas decor are finally put away! Here’s a few things I’ve come across recently.

ONE+ My parents are still with me for another week, and we’ve been to all the appointments doctor, dentist and all that, which gave me some time to make a dent into the HUGE 1408 page book – The Ink Black Heart (Cormoran Strike $3), Robert Galbraith. This is my 3rd read of the year. What are you currently reading?

TWO+ And earlier this week I shared 3 Books from the 2022 Best of the Year Lists On My TBR. What’s on yours?

THREE+ Did any of the new releases on Amazon Editors picks for the best books of January and buzziest mysteries and thrillers of Winter catch your ey?

FOUR+ I’m still trying to figure out where my “work” set-up at our new house will be and I loved seeing 10 CupofJo Readers Share Their Work-From-Home Spaces. Real life – garages, bathrooms and the bed – which is my current situation.

FIVE+ Going through some of the things I saved on Instagram, I came across this.

Reddit is free education but 99% don’t know the best teachers. Here are the top subreddits to advance your learning.

Are you a Reddit user? I scroll through occasionally.

SIX+ There’s over 600 comments on What Small, Inexpensive Things Make Your Life Easier? For me … I would say eWallet Password Manager. It’s literally helpful everyday as I always need a password or login or even ID info for something. Also let me add “auto-pay” feature for every bill!

SEVEN+ And here’s What worked for Modern Mrs. Darcy in 2022.

EIGHT+ As you’re getting your shit together for 2023, here’s a simple but beautiful 2023 Free Printable Monthly Calendar.

NINE+ I’m currently watching “The Bear” on Hulu (recommended by Akilah/ Best TV SHows of 2022) – I like … but don’t love it. What are you watching?

TEN+ Here’s Shondaland’s Shows You Should Watch in 2023 and Vulture’s 36 TV Shows We Can’t Wait to See in 2023. I’m looking forward to another season of You popping off on Feb. 9 (Netflix). Which of these shows are you excited to see?

ohh, I hope you are enjoying The Bear more now. I found that I loved it by the end, but I think I just liked it as I watched it.
