Summer Fit {Goals and Plans}

This summer I’m working on CONSISTENCY. I start and stop all the time, and I need to learn to push through and do something at least 4x a week.

Summer FIT Goals

1. Go to the TFW (Training for Warriors) fitness dojo 4-5x every week.

2. Complete a “modified” Couch 2 5K program. I love the audio prompts! My modified version is to do the day’s workout one way, and then repeat it on the way back to the start.

3. Compete in at least one 5K race … the planner that I am has scoped out a race every weekend starting in September.

4. Do not overdo it! Do not add biking. Just hike once a week at the most. Burn out is real!!!

    Focusing on how I feel keeps me motivated. And also going and staying consistent, of course. Then I feel weird if I miss time.

    • I don’t like missing either, but sometimes I take too long off, and then when I go back to working out – I wonder why the heck did I stop in the first place!
